DEPOSIT: A deposit of $100 per Adult and $50 per child is due at the time of booking. An additional deposit of $100 per Adult and $50 per child will be charged automatically on February 15, 2008 unless other arrangements are made. Full payment will be charged automatically on May 1, 2008.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: Cancellations with no penalty (Full Refund) must be made no later than February 15, 2008. Cancellations made after February 15, 2008 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per room/cabin up to May 1, 2008. Cancellations made after May 1, 2008 are Non-Refundable unless the room/cabin is re-booked with another family. Refunds will be issued minus the $50 cancellation fee per room/cabin. If you fail to arrive on your arrival date, you will be charged your entire deposit per room reservation and your reservation will be cancelled.
