Room Requests 
Requests for specific rooms or buildings are considered, but not guaranteed. To guarantee your favorite room, you can opt to pay a $20 per room per night "Do Not Move" fee.

Deposit Policies
A deposit of $50 per person is due upon booking your reservation. On January 15th, a second deposit $100 per person is automatically charged to the credit card on file. There is an extra 10% discount if the full balance is paid by January 15th. On May 1st the remaining balance is automatically charged to the credit card on file. 

Cancellation Policies
January 15th is the last day to cancel in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after January 15th and before May 1st are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per room or cabin.  Cancellations made between May 1st and 30 days before arrival will receive a 75% refund.  Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive no refund- your money can only be credited toward another family camp week's stay.  

There is no prorating or refunds for partial days or meals missed.
